The Venture Café community, committed to the mission of “Connecting Innovators to Make Things Happen,” has brought about numerous “Happenings” in the past. This session is designed to introduce newcomers to our bi-weekly signature event on every 2nd and 4th Wednesday, “YOKOHAMA CONNÉCT” and facilitates networking among first-time attendees (Beginners). 今年も残すところあと3ヶ月！

日々事業に取り組む中で、今年のうちにもう一歩、十歩進める新しいイノベーターと出会いませんか？

本セッションは、スタートアップ、大企業新規事業担当者、投資家など異なる立場のイノベーターが集い、2026年ラストスパートを加速するためのコラボ会議です。合言葉は「YOKOHAMA CONNÉCTでコネクト！」。

今回はマインドバレーのファウンダー、ヴィシェン・ラキアニの3MIQを使い、参加者の経験(Experiences)、成長(Growth)、そして貢献(Contribution)を書き出します。
各参加者の情報を元に今年あと3ヶ月弱ある時間にお互いこの経験、成長、そして貢献のリストを見ながらお互い助け合える項目を見つけ出すワークショップを行います。

普段は交わらない多様なプレイヤーが「私の持っている〇〇（経験）で、その壁を越えられませんか？」とフラットに繋がり合うことで、具体的な協業の種が見つかるかも。

アイデアの壁打ち相手を探している方、PoCのパートナーを見つけたい方、年内の目標達成へ向けた起爆剤が欲しい方。あなたの事業を次のフェーズへ引き上げる「足りないピース」と「思いがけない繋がり」を、ぜひこの場で手に入れてください！

まず、マルセルがマインドバレー（Mindvalley）の創設者ヴィシェン・ラキアニが提唱する「3MIQ」について紹介し、「人生で最も重要な3つの質問」について詳しく解説します。ヴィシェンによれば、私たちが人生で行うすべてのことは、「経験（Experiences）」「成長（Growth）」「貢献（Contribution）」という3つのカテゴリーに分類できるといいます。

As you work on your business day-to-day, why not meet new innovators who can help you take that next step—or ten—before the year is out?

This session is a collaborative meeting designed to accelerate momentum for the final stretch of 2026, bringing together innovators from diverse backgrounds—including startups, corporate new business developers, and investors. Our motto is "Connect at YOKOHAMA CONNÉCT!"

We will utilize the "3MIQ" framework developed by Mindvalley founder Vishen Lakhiani, asking participants to map out their **Experiences**, **Growth**, and **Contribution**.

Using this information, we will hold a workshop where participants review each other's lists to identify areas for mutual support during the remaining months of the year.

By connecting on equal footing—asking questions like, "Can the [experience] I have help you overcome that obstacle?"—diverse players who might not normally cross paths can discover the seeds of concrete collaboration.

Whether you are looking for a sounding board for your ideas, a partner for a Proof of Concept (PoC), or a catalyst to help you achieve your year-end goals, come join us. Find the "missing pieces" and "unexpected connections" needed to elevate your business to the next phase!

First, Marcel will start with an intro of Mindvalley founder Vishen Lakhiani’s 3MIQs and walk you through the 3 Most Important Questions. Vishen says that everything what we do in life can be organised in three buckets, namely Experiences, Growth and Contribution.

概要 | Description：

モビリティ産業は、自動車メーカーやサプライヤーだけで完結する産業から、スタートアップ、テクノロジー企業、自治体、大学、投資家、異業種企業など、多様なプレイヤーが交わるエコシステム型の産業へと変化しつつあります。

第2回では「Industrial AI & Mobility DX」をテーマに、AI、CAE、Generative AI Engineeringなどが製造業の開発・生産プロセスをどのように変革するのかに焦点を当てます。また、その先にある問いとして、「新しい技術やプレイヤーを、どのようにモビリティ産業の事業化・社会実装につなげるのか？」までをあつかいます。

スタートアップは新しい技術やビジネスモデルを生み出す一方、大企業には顧客基盤、製造・販売網、社会実装力があります。また、自治体には地域課題や社会インフラとの接点があり、投資家には成長資本があります。これらをどのように接続し、技術を「事業」に、事業を「社会実装」に変えていくのか。

本イベントでは、モビリティ領域で実際に新しい事業や技術の社会実装に取り組むプレイヤーを招き、日本のモビリティ・エコシステムに必要な「次の接続」について議論します。

横浜を、モビリティ産業における企業・スタートアップ・行政・研究機関が交わる実践的なエコシステム拠点として捉え、次世代モビリティの事業創出について考えます。
