会社員兼ベリーダンサー、インストラクター 横浜を繋げる30人第一期メンバーとして参加 それまで行っていたコミュニティづくりの経験を活かし第二期はファシリテーターとして、第三期も運営に参画。 「1人1人が自分らしく輝ける世界」を目指し 独自の視点で様々なことに挑戦中。
日揮入社後、技術者として水処理設備設計などを担当、インドネシア駐在を含む複数の海外PJに従事。

登壇者には、越境学習の第一人者であり、多くの企業・自治体・教育機関において“学びを越境へと変える”実践を導いてきた法政大学大学院教授・石山恒貴氏をお迎えします。
理論的な知見をもとに、「なぜ越境が人と組織を変えるのか」「どのように越境を日常に取り入れられるのか」を紐解きます。
さらに、YOKOHAMA CONNÉCTアンバサダーとして活動しながら、企業での新規事業開発、経産省「始動」プログラム、そして「横浜をつなげる30人」など、数々のコミュニティを横断して活動する田中悠太氏が登壇。

This regional event is part of a worldwide pitch series leading up to the Venture Café Global Gathering 2026 in Tokyo (February 19, 2026, Thu.).
In this session, selected changemakers will present groundbreaking solutions across fields such as technology, lifestyle, sustainability, media, and more. Each pitch reflects a bold vision for the future, from research-driven innovations to early-stage startups ready to make an impact.
The winner of the YOKOHAMA Regional Round will advance to the Pitch2Tokyo Finals, where they’ll gain exposure to global mentors, investors, and opportunities at the Global Gathering — an event that last year brought together over 1,000 innovators from 80+ countries.

会社員兼ベリーダンサー、インストラクター 横浜を繋げる30人第一期メンバーとして参加 それまで行っていたコミュニティづくりの経験を活かし第二期はファシリテーターとして、第三期も運営に参画。 「1人1人が自分らしく輝ける世界」を目指し 独自の視点で様々なことに挑戦中。
日揮入社後、技術者として水処理設備設計などを担当、インドネシア駐在を含む複数の海外PJに従事。
2017年に投資部門に「社内転職」、中東など発電事業の経営管理やM&Aを経験。
2019年より新設の新規事業開発部門にて廃プラ資源循環に関わる事業開発に奔走、現在に至る。また、新規事業提案制度やアラムナイコミュニティ立ち上げ、社内有志団体JGC3.0外向け代表を務める。社外では、中小企業診断士、横濱OneMM、横浜をつなげる30人、サスパ/SUSPER、始動 Next Innovator（2019年シリコンバレー派遣選抜）、ONE JAPANなどで活動中。横浜の在学住歴20年。
