The Venture Café community, committed to the mission of “Connecting Innovators to Make Things Happen,” has brought about numerous “Happenings” in the past. 世界で8,000社以上、日本でも急速に広がりを見せる「B Corp認証」。環境配慮型のビジネスモデルに注目が集まることが多いB Corpですが、その評価軸の本質は「ステークホルダー（従業員、顧客、コミュニティなど）全員への利益」を追求することにあります。

サーキュラーデザインは、「設計」から始まるものではなく、都市に残された不完全さから始まるデザインです。
本セッションでは、都市から生まれる廃棄物を活用してアート作品や家具を制作する活動「Rethink 廃材」のキュレーター・福垣慶吾ジュリアンさんと、展示会や商空間などリアルな場の体験価値をデザインしてきた株式会社博展の鈴木亮介さんをお迎えし、廃材を起点に空間や体験をどのように再編集できるのかを考えます。
廃材は、単なる制約や余りものではなく、使われてきた時間や記憶を宿した存在です。それらを「問いを生むメディア」として捉え直したとき、人・場・素材のあいだにどのような関係を編み直すことができるのでしょうか。
廃材を通して、都市と創造性の新しい関係を探ります。
Reweaving experiences from waste materials left behind in the city
Design beginning from imperfection.
Circular design does not begin with perfect plans. It begins with the imperfections already present in our cities.
In this session, we welcome Keigo Fukugaki, creative director of Re-think Haizai (Waste Materials), and Ryosuke Suzuki of Hakuten Corporation, who designs experiential spaces for exhibitions and commercial environments. Together, they will explore how discarded materials can become a starting point for reimagining spaces and experiences.
Waste materials are not simply leftovers or constraints. They carry the time, use, and memories embedded in the city itself.
By reframing waste as a “medium that sparks new questions,” this session invites us to reflect together:
What new relationships might emerge between people, places, and materials? And how might designing with what already exists reshape the future of creativity in cities?

Lee Jean - CEO Pulsar Innovations
Lee is passionate about providing safe spaces for founders to practice their pitch, get feedback, and connect with other like-minded people. He's a former English teacher turned entrepreneur who specializes in helping founders feel more confident delivering their pitch.
Yoichi Miyazaki is the Founder and CEO of MY ROBOTS K.K., a Japan-based startup focused on capturing intraoperative know-how and converting it into structured knowledge assets to support surgical workflow, documentation, and future AI-enabled clinical support. He has extensive experience in the medical device industry and is currently building solutions aimed at improving operating room efficiency, preserving expert surgical knowledge, and enabling safer, more scalable clinical support.
Sergio is a multilingual IT Operations and Bridge Engineer with over 25 years of experience in endpoint management, security compliance, and enterprise service delivery across Latin America, Japan, and the Asia-Pacific region. Born in Bolivia and of Japanese heritage, he brings rare cross-cultural fluency to complex, multinational environments — operating natively in English and Spanish, and fluently in Japanese.
Sergio currently also works as a Digital Marketer at AlturaFlow — a fintech startup rebranding from Trendrider.io — where he applies that same systems-thinking mindset to content strategy and market analysis.
Denis is the Founder and CEO of KimPax, a Japan-based startup building Knowledge-as-an-Infrastructure for disappearing expert judgment into reusable strategic assets. "Intuition" to foundational value for the agricultural, retail, and technology sectors. He’s an AI Practice Architect, with speciality in decision architecture.

Reweaving experiences from waste materials left behind in the city
Design beginning from imperfection.
Circular design does not begin with perfect plans. It begins with the imperfections already present in our cities.
In this session, we welcome Keigo Fukugaki, creative director of Re-think Haizai (Waste Materials), and Ryosuke Suzuki of Hakuten Corporation, who designs experiential spaces for exhibitions and commercial environments. Together, they will explore how discarded materials can become a starting point for reimagining spaces and experiences.
Waste materials are not simply leftovers or constraints. They carry the time, use, and memories embedded in the city itself.
By reframing waste as a “medium that sparks new questions,” this session invites us to reflect together:
What new relationships might emerge between people, places, and materials? And how might designing with what already exists reshape the future of creativity in cities?

Yoichi Miyazaki is the Founder and CEO of MY ROBOTS K.K., a Japan-based startup focused on capturing intraoperative know-how and converting it into structured knowledge assets to support surgical workflow, documentation, and future AI-enabled clinical support. He has extensive experience in the medical device industry and is currently building solutions aimed at improving operating room efficiency, preserving expert surgical knowledge, and enabling safer, more scalable clinical support.
Sergio is a multilingual IT Operations and Bridge Engineer with over 25 years of experience in endpoint management, security compliance, and enterprise service delivery across Latin America, Japan, and the Asia-Pacific region. Born in Bolivia and of Japanese heritage, he brings rare cross-cultural fluency to complex, multinational environments — operating natively in English and Spanish, and fluently in Japanese.
Sergio currently also works as a Digital Marketer at AlturaFlow — a fintech startup rebranding from Trendrider.io — where he applies that same systems-thinking mindset to content strategy and market analysis.
Denis is the Founder and CEO of KimPax, a Japan-based startup building Knowledge-as-an-Infrastructure for disappearing expert judgment into reusable strategic assets.
