概要 | Description：

今回のゲストは、当施設のメンバーであるノルウェーのフードテックスタートアップの日本法人「NoMy Japan」、クラフトビールのモルト粕を活用した再生紙事業を国内外で促進する「株式会社kitafuku」と横浜発のフードロス削減に貢献するためアップサイクル事業を進める「株式会社Beer the First」の皆さんです。
